ELG series industrial ceiling-type air cooler with ethylene glycol ELG401/DL-ET

Product Overview:
ELG series air cooler developed by our company is designed is mainly used for cold store with ethylene glycol aqueous
solution as refrigerant. The low-temperature ethylene glycol aqueous solution circulates in the heat exchange tube of
the air cooler to absorb the external heat, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature in the store. ELG
series air cooler can meet the requirements of cold store atabout 10c, rc and -18C respectively.
1.Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9oo6); both the side plates
and the outer water tray plate are designed with hinged structure, which is convenientto operate;
2. The side sheet of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the welght;
3. Double drain trays design: The outer water tray is designed with edge structure with angle, which makes the water
drain smoothly without any dead angle; the inner water tray is designed with sinkstructure made of aluminum plate,
and the condensed water or defrost water is directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray
through the inner water tray;
4. Designed with overall stretching large arc high air tube, it has the characteristics ofexcellent air guiding effect,
5. For fans with a diameter of 500 and above, there are floor supports for easy installation;
6. Coil: The aligned tube pattern 50 x 50 mm features large heat transfer area, low heat transfer temperaturedifference,
low dry food consumptlon and slow frosting speed of fins;
7.Corrugated aluminum sheet made ofhydrophilicaluminum foil., with the sheetspacing of 4.0mm,6.0mm and 9.0mm
to meet the requirements of different temperatures and humidity;
8.Fan: High-powerexternal rotor fan,operating temperature:-30C~60°c; fan specifications: $400,$500 and $630,
product series of different specifications, giving users more choices;
9. Defrosting; The electric defrosting is adopted in the standard manner, and the stainless steei heating tubes are
distributed in the coil fins and the inner water tray, which can bring about desirable defrosting effect; the heating tube
hole in the coil is equipped with an aluminum sleeve to improve the efficiency of defrosting effect; the water
defrostingcan also be used as required by the customers;
10. The IP65 waterproof junction box are used in fan and heating tube, with better waterproofing, which can tead to high
reliability;
11. It is subjected to strictpressure testat the pressure of 23bar;
